Information you choose to send
If you email me or use the project contact form, I receive the contact details and project information you choose to include. I use that information to reply, decide whether the project is a fit, prepare a scope or estimate, and keep ordinary business records.
Website and form providers
This website is hosted by Netlify. The contact form is provided by Moxie and appears on this site as an embedded form. Those providers may process standard technical information, such as an IP address, browser information, and request logs, while delivering the site or form.
Cookies and analytics
Lamplight uses the standard Google Ads tag to understand whether an ad visit leads to a project-form submission. Google may use cookies or similar identifiers for ad measurement. Enhanced conversions are not enabled, so this tag does not send Google the contact details or project information entered in the form.
If you allow optional advertising cookies, Lamplight also uses the Meta Pixel to measure visits and completed project inquiries from Facebook and Instagram ads, and to help create advertising audiences. The site sends Meta a PageView event when you view a page and a Lead event after the embedded project form confirms a successful submission. It does not send Meta the contact details or project information you type into that form. Meta may receive technical information and use cookies or similar identifiers for advertising and measurement.
You can allow or decline the Meta Pixel in the notice shown on this site and revisit that choice using the Privacy choices button. A browser Global Privacy Control signal is treated as a decline unless you later choose otherwise. The embedded contact form may also use cookies or browser storage needed to operate its service.
Sharing and retention
I do not sell personal information. I share it only with service providers needed to operate the site and respond to project inquiries, or when required by law. I keep inquiry and project records only as long as they remain useful for communication, business administration, or legal obligations.
Your choices
You can ask what information I have about you, request a correction, or ask me to delete it when I no longer need to keep it. Email hello@lamplightweb.studio.
Changes to this policy
If the site begins using analytics, advertising tools, or a different form provider, I will update this page to describe the change.
